About Us

Not many people get to follow their dreams. Fortunately, I have been lucky enough to follow mine at a young age. I have dedicated this site to my passion: cakes. Here you will find all of my work, from the early pieces to the masterpieces. I love watching people enjoy the cakes I have put so much time and work into. I hope my cakes inspire everyone to follow their dreams and enjoy life--and to eat cake!

Not only do i decorate cakes, but i teach others how to decorate, too. I am a Wilton Method Instructor at Jo-Anns Preston Forest. I absolutely love cakes, and i hope to share my passion for decorating with you through my classes. I hope to see you there!

Baby Cakes had a rough beginning. I broke my back in November of 2006 and had to have back surgery in April of 2007. I couldn't go back to my job, but I WAS able to take cake decorating classes to pursue my passion and increase my decorating skills. I spent many hours and many days practicing my skill. Sure enough it paid off when i began my business and became a cake decorating instructor. Who doesn't love cake?
